The room was clean and comfortable, with good beds and air conditioning. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing easy check-in and offering assistance whenever needed. the location was convenient, with a simple bus ride from the city center to the hotel. there was an outdoor kitchen available, allowing guests to cook their own meals if desired.
The bathroom lacked an extractor fan, which made it uncomfortably steamy at times. some staff members had a less than pleasant attitude, which detracted from the overall experience.

The location was good to come to Venice by bus which stops just near the camping. When coming back in the evening we appreciated numerous signs of Serenissima at the road. The mobile home was ok for 2 people. The bathroom was clean and of normal size. The territory is nice and green. I can say everything was as promised in the hotel description.
The absence of towels (and charging 2 eur for rent) looks really strange. Thanks to comments of the other guests we were prepared to it, but anyway it was an unpleasant experience. There was some stuff left by previous guests in the locker (like shampoo and cooking oil), I am not sure if it was left by purpose or just not seen during the cleaning. The home was damp, especially in the morning, but I think it is the local climate speciality, not the fault of the camping.

The camp site was easy to find and the staff were very helpful. Everything was ready for our check-in even though we were early. The caravan was great, although there were no towels (luckily we had some with us) There was a fridge but no kettle or crockery, which was a bit dissapointing. The bus into Venice stopped right outside the campsite and ran regularly. You could buy the tickets at the office. There was a reasonably priced shop & restaurant on site. The campsite suited our needs.
The lack of towels, kettle, crockery & cutlery.

The location of the camping is great with easy access to Venice via the nearby bus station. the cleanliness of the toilets and showers is commendable, although they are in open air. the little shop on site offers convenience and essential items for the guests.
The wifi provided at the camping is unreliable and barely functional, which can be frustrating for travelers who rely on internet access for communication and planning.

I recently stayed at Camping Serenissima for a short holiday with my mum. We found everything we needed and more. The staff were friendly and helpful, the environment was nice, and the campsite was well-organized. We enjoyed the convenience of having washing machines and dryers onsite, as well as a small shop that stocked everything we might need. The location was great too, with a bus stop just a stone's throw away that took us directly to Venice in about 30 minutes. it was a wonderful experience and I gladly recommend it.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The pool was a great escape from the busy city and the drinks at the bar were affordable and delicious. The staff were friendly and made me feel safe during my stay. Plus, the clean camp toilets with multiple stalls were a convenient amenity.
Finding the bus stop to get to the campsite was a bit challenging and the wifi only worked in front of the reception. The lack of air conditioning and fly screens in the trailers made it uncomfortable to sleep due to the heat and the presence of mosquitoes.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with bus tickets and giving directions. The cafe offered affordable prices, and the overall value for money was excellent. The hotel itself had a beautiful and inviting atmosphere, and the bus stop right outside made it convenient to travel to Venice in just 20 minutes for only 1.5 Euros. I would definitely return, especially if the weather was nice.
I recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous stay at this campsite. the staff was really friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. the mobile home we stayed in was spacious and had a big fridge, making it really convenient for our family. the pool was a great size and perfect for some family fun. the campsite's location was peaceful and the surroundings were beautiful. the bus stop right in front of the campsite made it easy to travel to nearby attractions like Venice. We would definitely stay here again!
The walls in the mobile homes were a bit thin, so we could sometimes hear our neighbors.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation. The bus stop was just across the road, making it convenient to get to the city center. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing us with a bus timetable and assisting us with any questions we had.
The small room space. The rooms were quite cramped, and it was a bit difficult to move around freely.
